Hello and welcome!  

I speak with a lot of people who want to make positive changes in their lives, and yet find it hard to do. They start out strong, then get stuck, overwhelmed and spin their wheels. Or fear gets in the way. 

I get it. I’ve been there. And I have an understanding of behavior change – it’s not always easy! 

Making positive changes requires changing your mindset and behaviors.

How about we ditch the "resolutions" that have not been working!

Many people also tell me they want to make changes yet reasons they say hold them back are time and money. (There is always going to be something going on time-wise, we have to make time for what we really want in life.)

I have heard from some of you that you are frustrated and are struggling, or ready to put some stuff that's weighing you down behind you once and for all.

Or you simply want to create a life that is freaking amazing.

LET ME HELP YOU.

I have created this program to get you off on the right foot.

We’ll be using techniques for setting intentions and creating authentic goals.

This is something you can do for about 15 minutes per day. You can spend more time if you’d like of course, however, I’ve broken down each step per day so that it is doable for all.

This is a goal setting course that will help you get going on those things you've hoped to do "one day."  This is for you if you:

  • find yourself coming up with the same resolutions and setting the same goals every year, and ultimately end up spinning your wheels or losing motivation
  • have goals and dreams -- but they feel distant and so much of a stretch that you get overwhelmed or stuck
  • simply want to live with more purpose!

Let's make a conscious effort to THRIVE.

It is possible to design a life you absolutely LOVE filled with that which gives you MEANING without sacrificing who you really are.

Let me help you set authentic goals so that you can absolutely flourish. We'll take steps to boost your happiness and live a more fulfilled life.

You will:

  • Reflect on where you are now and where you want to be.
  • Learn how to set authentic goals that you will actually keep.
  • Receive worksheets for reflection to aid in your goal setting.
  • Take steps each day in order to set intentions.

You'll receive a "lesson" and worksheets for reflection each day to guide you to gain clarity, set a vision and create authentic goals that you'll want to keep. No more resolutions that don't work.

I'm super excited about this as I know some of you are looking forward to putting a few things behind you. Let me help you go from floundering to flourishing!

I know how (freakishly) powerful setting intentions is. Last December I outlined my perfect day one year ahead, and looking back at it now my life is pretty freaking close!!! It's amazing, really.

Personal Coach

Nancie Vito

Nancie Vito, MPH, CHES, is a public health professional, certified coach, and health education specialist. She holds Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Spanish, and a Master’s degree in Public Health with concentrations in Prevention and Mental Health. She is currently working towards a Master of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Psychology. Her background includes work for the Atlanta Regional Commission (coordination of the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program and the Community-based Care Transitions Program); the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, Emory University, and a short-term fellowship at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Nancie’s interests lie in mindfulness, mind-body medicine / integrative health, occupational burnout, the health effects of chronic stress, and current research on happiness and well-being. Nancie is the founder of Flourish Wellness, LLC, where since 2009 she has helped people who are burned out, feel stuck or want more in their lives. In addition to coaching individuals and consulting, she holds workshops, trainings and webinars using techniques based in theory. She serves as a regular contributor to the Huffington Post and other wellness blogs. In her spare time you can find Nancie at her local coffee shop, traveling or wandering around her favorite city, NYC.
